As project lead, I co-developed the campaign concepts and served as the Council’s Centennial Campaign Project Manager. This included:
Creating and executing the Sweet Shops initiative — partnering with local dessert shops to develop Girl Scout Cookie-inspired treats
Producing Campfires to Cocktails, a fully reimagined immersive fundraiser
Managing creative direction for print and digital materials
Curating a museum exhibit and planning its opening event
Leading vendor relations, budget oversight, and community engagement
Supporting the launch of a digital alum campaign and donor activations

With their 100th anniversary approaching, the Girl Scouts of Tropical Florida needed a bold, community-rooted campaign that would honor their legacy while building momentum for their future. With their communications lead on maternity leave, I stepped in to lead the charge.

Sweet Shops drew citywide attention with 8 community partners participating
The museum exhibit welcomed 7,158 visitors
Campfires to Cocktails raised $350,000 on half the previous year’s budget and was featured in local press
Over 100 Girl Scout alums were spotlighted, strengthening relations with women community leaders
Re-contracted for two additional years of work based on the success of the campaign
