Stephanie Cruz brings nearly a decade of experience in nonprofit communications, strategic campaigns, and purpose-driven storytelling.

Over the past four years, she's built a referrals-only consultancy — reimagining fundraisers, producing standout events (IRL and online), turning a pile of ideas into a polished strategy and crafting communications that cut through the noise. The key to her approach? She’s equal parts visionary and doer, because she understands the tension between bold vision and limited bandwidth.

As the founder of The Syntax Studio, she partners with organizations that are doing big things — but don’t have big teams.

From managing major fundraising events to refining brand narratives, she brings a grounded presence and a high standard of execution — helping teams move from overwhelm to organized impact.
